The device has been in operation for about four years after the crowdfunding campaign.
The Apple Watch Band, equipped with front and rear cameras, is finally launching after nearly four years in development. The Wristcam has an 8MP camera that can capture 1080p video and 4K footage and a 2MP selfie camera. The company says you will also be able to use it as a walkie-talkie video with real-time live streaming.
These may be service cameras, but they are unlikely to replace the iPhone camera. The company has sent over a sample of the images captured by the Wristcam, which are pretty decent, if a little underwhelmed in detail.
